Delivery within Germany
Our parcel shipment are calculated according to weight:

For forwarding deliveries, please request the shipping costs, specifying the items you would like to order.
Delivery condition: Delivery is free of charge against charge.
You are also welcome to pick up the goods from us during our business hours.
Deliveries to foreign countries
(We ship to the following countries: All EU countries, Switzerland, Turkey, Israel, Iceland, Norway, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, Australia.)
Please ask for the shipping costs, specifying the items you would like to order. For deliveries to third countries, there may be additional costs for processing the export documents.
Delivery Condition: Delivery is on request.
Terms of delivery
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment, the period begins on the day of receipt of payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Important INFO about shipping!
Obvious defects such as shortages, wrong items, damaged goods, etc. must be reported to us immediately but no later than within 5 days in writing.
Transport damage must be documented immediately upon handover in the presence of the driver of the transport company commissioned by us.

For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options
- Prepayment by bank transfer / PayPal
- Payment by sofortüberweisung.de
- Payment by invoice (verified regular customers only)
For deliveries to foreign countrys you have the following payment options:
- Prepayment by bank transfer / PayPal
- Payment by sofortüberweisung.de (available in AT, BE, CH, CZ, ES, FR, HU, IT, NL, PL, SK, UK)
- Payment by invoice (verified regular customers only)
